We book space with shipping lines, consolidators and airlines, and manage the shipment from collection at origin through to delivery in the UK. We are a forwarder, not a carrier: we contract with the carriers on your behalf and remain responsible for the arrangement.
Sea freight

What We Need From You
Origin address, destination postcode, Incoterms, gross weight, dimensions or volume, number of packages, a description of the goods, and the date you need them delivered.

Importers who want the whole landed cost in one quotation rather than a freight rate followed by surprises, and exporters who would rather the shipping and the export declaration came from the same company.
Demurrage, detention and storage
Containers and cargo accrue charges once free time expires, and those charges belong to the carrier or the terminal rather than to us. We tell you when free time is running out and what the daily rate is, so you can decide whether to pay for storage or move the goods. We pass these costs on at cost.
